10. Shipping and Delivery Times
10.1. We deliver orders to Mainland Portugal, the islands of Madeira and the Azores, and European countries available during the customer account registration process. The delivery of orders is subject to payment by the Consumer of the shipping costs in force at the time of the order, taking into account the transport method, weight, and delivery location (see Shipping Costs).
10.2. Orders will only be dispatched after validation by Ouritec and following confirmation of stock and payment (in the case of bank transfer, Multibanco, or PayPal).
10.3. Ouritec reserves the right to cancel any order, even after the Consumer has made payment, due to stockouts. The Consumer will be notified of the unavailability for delivery and will have the option to exchange the product or cancel the order.
10.4. Orders are dispatched via CTT Expresso or DPD, with the exception of goods sent by pallet (e.g., tool trolleys, see point 10.11). Orders finalised by 17:00 will be sent on the same day. After this time, we cannot guarantee same-day dispatch. Dispatch is always carried out in the order in which requests are received.
10.5. Deliveries are made by 18:00 on the business day following the date of dispatch for Mainland Portugal, and within 3 to 7 business days for the autonomous regions of Madeira and the Azores. This period may be extended in the event of strikes or any issues on the part of the carrier.
10.6. You may collect your order from our warehouse. You must follow the standard procedures for receiving an order at your address. When completing the order, you must state that you intend to collect it from the warehouse. The order will only be available for collection after you receive an email confirming its availability.
10.7. If an order is incomplete due to a stockout, Ouritec will immediately send the available products. The remaining items will be sent as soon as they arrive from our suppliers, at no additional cost or shipping fees. In these circumstances, the customer will always be notified at the time of the first shipment.
10.8. A delivery note, invoice/receipt, or simplified invoice will accompany the order.
10.9. All orders dispatched by the online shop www.ouritec.pt must be examined by the Consumer upon receipt. If any physical damage is detected on the exterior of the packaging, the Consumer must return it to the carrier, justify the reason for the return on the delivery note, and immediately inform Ouritec.
10.10. Ouritec declines any responsibility for possible delivery delays or orders returned by the carrier due to errors or insufficient data provided by the Consumer. In the event of reshipment, the consumer shall bear the costs of the new delivery.
10.11. Heavy goods (over 30kg) and large volumes (e.g., tool trolleys) will be sent on a pallet. Delivery is made within 2/3 business days. This delivery service does not include installation and/or assembly; delivery is made to ground level only. In the case of delivery to locations accessed via stairs, the goods will be left at the entrance of the building (apartment block, shopping centre, etc.).
