10. Shipping and Delivery Times
10.1. We deliver orders to Mainland Portugal, the Azores and Madeira archipelagos, Mainland Spain, and other European countries available during customer account registration. The delivery of orders is subject to payment by the Consumer of the shipping costs in effect at the time of order, taking into account the transport method, weight, and delivery location (see Shipping Costs).
10.2. Orders will only be dispatched following validation by Ouritec, confirmation of stock availability, and payment approval.
10.3. Ouritec reserves the right to cancel any order, even after the Consumer has made payment, due to stock shortages. The Consumer will be notified of the unavailability for delivery and will have the option to exchange the product or cancel the order.
10.4. Orders are dispatched via CTT Expresso, with the exception of palletised goods (e.g. tool trolleys, see section 10.11). Orders finalized by 17:00 will be dispatched on the same day. After this time, we cannot guarantee same-day dispatch. Dispatch is always carried out on a first-come, first-served basis.
10.5. Deliveries are made until 19:00 on working days according to the following schedule:
- Mainland Portugal: 1 working day;
- Autonomous Regions of Azores and Madeira: 2 working days;
- Mainland Spain: 2 working days;
- Rest of Europe: 3–4 working days;
This timeframe may be extended in the event of strikes or any inconvenience on the part of the courier service.
10.6. You can collect your order from our warehouse. You must follow the standard procedure for receiving orders at your address. When completing your order, please specify that you wish to collect it from the warehouse. The order will only be ready for collection after you receive an email confirming its availability.
10.7. If an order is incomplete due to a stock shortage, Ouritec will immediately dispatch the available products. The remaining items will be sent as soon as they arrive from our suppliers, at no additional shipping cost. Under these circumstances, the customer will always be notified at the time of the initial dispatch.
10.8. Orders are accompanied by a consignment note, invoice/receipt, or simplified invoice.
10.9. All orders dispatched by the online store www.ouritec.pt must be inspected by the Consumer upon receipt. If any physical damage is detected on the exterior of the packaging, the Consumer must return it to the courier, state the reason for return on the delivery note, and immediately inform Ouritec.
10.10. Ouritec accepts no responsibility for delivery delays or orders returned by the courier due to incorrect or incomplete details provided by the Consumer. In the event of reshipment, the consumer shall bear the costs of the new delivery.
10.11. Heavy (over 30 kg) and bulky goods—for example, tool trolleys—will be shipped on pallets. Delivery takes place within 2–3 working days. This delivery service does not include installation and/or assembly; delivery is kerbside/ground level only. For deliveries to premises accessed via stairs, the goods will be left at the entrance of the building (apartment building, shopping centre, etc.).
